The medaesthetic industry was growing fast — but not always in the right direction. More locations, faster throughput, thinner margins on care. AMP was built on a different belief: that the practices worth scaling were the ones that refused to cut corners, and that those practices deserved a platform built to match their standards.
Our founding partners and executive team brought the operational infrastructure — deep experience building and scaling healthcare networks across hundreds of practices nationally. The practice founders brought the clinical excellence. Together, they built something neither could achieve alone.
