Advanced Medaesthetic Partners, Inc. (“AMP”) is a medical aesthetics management company that partners with independent medical aesthetic practices across the United States. The Site is a corporate and informational website intended for potential and existing practice partners, industry professionals, investors, prospective employees, and members of the press. The Site does not provide medical services and does not offer patient-facing clinical functionality.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to AMP and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

AMP's brand names, logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of AMP or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, or logo of AMP or any third party without our express prior written consent.

You and AMP agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

AMP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. AMP's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
