About Advanced Medaesthetic Partners, Inc.
Advanced Medaesthetic Partners, Inc. (“AMP”) is a medical aesthetics management company that partners with independent medical aesthetic practices across the United States. The Site is a corporate and informational website intended for potential and existing practice partners, industry professionals, investors, prospective employees, and members of the press. The Site does not provide medical services and does not offer patient-facing clinical functionality.

You may access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

AMP's brand names, logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of AMP or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, or logo of AMP or any third party without our express prior written consent.
You may view, print, and download Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without the express prior written consent of AMP.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Dallas, Texas. AMP may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
You and AMP agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
Changes to These Terms
AMP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. AMP's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
