Advanced Medaesthetic Partners, Inc. (“AMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit weramp.com (the “Site”).

This Policy does not apply to patient health information collected by our partner practices, which are independent entities subject to their own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA.

Who We Are

Advanced Medaesthetic Partners, Inc. is a medical aesthetics management company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We partner with independent medical aesthetic practices across the United States to provide management, operational, and marketing support. The Site is our corporate website and does not function as a patient portal or health platform.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy covers information collected through the Site, including contact forms, partnership inquiry forms, newsletter sign-ups, and career applications, as well as data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools. It does not cover information independently collected by our partner practices from their patients or clients.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including:

  • Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content submitted through contact or partnership inquiry forms.
  • Career application information: resume, work history, education, and other information submitted through job application forms.
  • Communications: emails and correspondence you send directly to us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests as required under California law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for approximately 13 months. Career applications are retained for 12 months following submission, unless a position is offered and accepted, at which point application materials are retained as part of the employment record in accordance with applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

A. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: Request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: AMP does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If you believe your information has been sold or shared, you may submit a request.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

B. Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. Please contact us at legal@weramp.com to submit a request.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. This Policy applies only to the Site. AMP is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
